Daily appointments for virtual visits are available. You must be a Washington state resident and have your patient portal set up to book. To request portal access, fill out the contact form below. Telehealth is frequently covered by most insurance companies in the same way as regular office visits. You will need to call and confirm your coverage with your insurance carrier and make sure you can receive telemedicine visits from the provider of your choice. If your device has a camera and microphone and you are ready to go. Please see the Telemedicine Informed Consent prior to your session.

Pricing is based on a time and complexity scale set by the AMA and insurance. This makes it hard to quote prices for cash patients prior to seeing you.
Approximate pricing (20% discount can be applied if payment collected on day of service):
Complex new patient: $200-260
Complex returning patient: $120-160
